• A Rotary Toilet Complex constructed by Rotary Club of Imphal under TRF-District Grant 2024-25 (DG No. 2576883) was inaugurated at RCC village, Takhel, Imphal East on 15th July’2025 by Rtn. Th. Devkumar Thoudam, IPAG, Zone XII in presence of Rtn. Dr. Th. Digel Singh, President, RC Imphal and Shri A. Bhubol Singh, President, Takhel Youth Club. The inaugural program was attended by members of TYC, Takhel and RC Imphal. • The programme was widely covered by print media of the state.
